The Partnership Deed must be signed by all partners and notarized by a Notary Public.
Apply for Partnership Registration:
You can apply for partnership registration either online through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal or by submitting the Partnership Deed and other required documents at the Registrar of Firms office.

You will need to pay the registration fees to the Registrar of Firms at the time of submitting the Partnership Deed and other required documents.
Obtain the Partnership Registration Certificate:
Once the Registrar of Firms verifies the documents and approves the application, a Partnership Registration Certificate will be issued.
